Mousoulis.com offers a refund option, upon request. You can communicate your request with one of the ways mentioned above. As long as the returned product/s fall into our refund criteria, we will process your refund request within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Mousoulis.com doesn't cover the delivery costs back to the store, so the customer will have to pay for them. In case mousoulis.com is asked to bear the delivery costs, the amount will be deducted from the customer’s refund. The amount of time for the funds to be visible in your account is up to your credit card issuer.
