At Mousoulis.com, we know how important it is to receive your order when you expect it, so have partnered up with three of the most trustworthy and efficient delivery services to make sure your goods arrive as promised, on time either within Greece or all over the globe.

We use DHL Courier to deliver orders all over the world and ACS Courier & Geniki Taxydromiki delivery services for domestic orders and to make sure your products arrive timely and safely.

 All three couriers enable online tracking of all orders, with no additional cost. After your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email, which will contain your tracking information and a tracking link. You can track the journey of your order by visiting the couriers' website and inserting the unique tracking code.

UK & Non-EU Delivery - Restrictions & Taxes

If the delivery country is outside E.U., there is a probability that you may be required to pay customs duties, fees, taxes, etc by the competent Authorities. Mousoulis cannot in any case-control such charges and in no case can inform Customers about relevant costs. In such cases, Customers bear the relevant charges. Mousoulis undertakes neither liability nor obligation to pay for or restitute in any way thereof, such charges.

Therefore you are kindly advised to check with your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you know beforehand the total estimate price for your order. Kindly note that for non-EU customers VAT does not apply. You can see the price of your tax-free order during the checkout.

•  Please note, your order will be shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. DHL will contact you in advance of delivering the goods. We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift. 

• The UK has a threshold of 135£ before anything needs to be paid. We advise splitting your order if you're going over this threshold. 
  

Should the order be dispatched and custom fees and duties are refused the goods will be returned back to us. We hold the right to deduct the shipping fee and return charges from the refund amount.

EU Delivery Information

• A flat delivery fee of 9.99€ will be charged for Standard Delivery.
• We offer the Express Delivery service with an extra charge of 16.99€.
• Please keep in mind that regarding the new EU Regulations (OSS), the final charges for the EU orders are calculated with the VAT rate of each delivery country.

Free Delivery to Cyprus

• All orders to Cyprus above 300€ will not be charged with a delivery fee.
• A flat delivery fee of 9.99€ will be charged on orders below 300€.
• Please keep in mind that regarding the new EU Regulations (OSS), the final charges for the EU orders are calculated with the VAT rate of each delivery country.

Free  Delivery within Greece

• All orders above 30€ will not be charged with a delivery fee.
• A flat delivery fee of 4.95€ will be charged on orders below 30€ for Standard Delivery.
• No additional fee for Cash-on-Delivery Services is charged
• Collect in Store Service is not available due to Covid-19
  Mousoulis offers additional Collect-in-Store Service for your online orders, with no additional charges. You can collect your online order from one of our Mousoulis physical stores within a 3-day time limit. For your best convenience, please make sure you can provide our staff with your web order reference number (WEB######)

• Saturday Delivery (available only within Greece)
  All orders can be delivered on Saturday, upon request with a flat delivery fee of 8.95€
  The service is applicable on orders complete throughout the week until Friday at 2 pm (Athens Time)
  *Saturday delivery is available for all major cities, however, certain postcodes in remote areas might not be eligible. Please consult with our Customer Service to confirm.

The information below applies to all orders, both international & domestic

• The estimated date of delivery is within 2-4 working days for domestic or EU countries, counting from the day we dispatch your parcel. During busy days, such as sale periods and holidays, dispatch delays might occur. We appreciate how this can be an annoyance for you and would like to ask for your understanding in advance. See estimated times for delivery in the chart at the end of the page. In case you notice the delivery takes longer than expected, contact our Customer Service.
  
• All orders sent by 2 pm (Athens Time) will be processed and dispatched within the same day. Orders sent after 2 pm will be processed and dispatched within the next working day.

Please make sure that the shipping address that you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Before we can dispatch your order we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Therefore, we cannot change the delivery address for an order once it has been dispatched. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers
