At Mousoulis.com getting your product back to us for an exchange couldn't be easier. For just 9.95€ we will pick up your return and swap it over with your requested exchange at the same time.
How it works:

Add «Hand by Hand» Service to your Basket
Browse the website and add the product you need to swap to & add to basket
Pay the total for the service and item(s)
We'll send out our courier to drop off items and make a collection at the same time
When we receive your returned item(s) back we will refund your money accordingly for what has been returned

Why use the “Hand-to-Hand” service?
We want you to be able to shop your favourite fashion. And if you didn’t get it right the first time, this shouldn’t be a problem. We have partnered up with Geniki Taxydromiki & ACS Courier services, to make returns for you, hassle free. Using the “Hand-to-Hand” Service, you can get your new requested product at the same time when you return your original order. Now, you don’t need to worry about taking time out to post the product yourself, or waiting any longer to get the exchange product.
In order to use the “Hand-to-Hand” Service please remember to:
Make sure the returned item/s have all the original tags attached. They must be in the same state as when received (see more on our returns policy).
We cannot accept worn or damaged merchandise. In this case, the return item will be returned back to the customer and they will be charged all delivery fees.
Please make sure the item is securely packed ready for the Driver to collect.
The returned parcel is your responsibility until it successfully reaches our store, therefore we suggest for safety reasons that you use one of our partner companies, ACS Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki. We kindly advise you to maintain proof of postage and tracking number.
Your order number is necessary for us to process your request, so we kindly request that you include it in every communication with our Customer Service.
Proof of receipt must also be included in the returned package. If for any reason, it is not in the returned package, it might result in a delay of process for your return/refund request.
If more than one products are to be returned, they must be included in a single return parcel.
Underwear & swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
